World Mental Health Day is on 10th October, so I thought it would be useful to speak about the topic of burnout in entrepreneurs. I want to help raise some awareness around what it is, how to recognize it, and most importantly, what to do about it so it doesn’t keep showing up again and again. Because if there’s one thing I know for sure, trying to run a business whilst dealing with burnout, is not an enjoyable way to spend your days and the good news is, it doesn’t have to be like that.
