Conversations At The Table

The Table is a church community located in Lemont, IL. We are passionate about sharing the love of Jesus to our community and to the world in very practical ways. The modern American church has become obsessed with basing their "success" on attendance and dollars, instead of remembering that Jesus called the Church to be servants. At The Table, we want people to experience Jesus through biblical knowledge, authentic relationships, and selfless service. Our podcast is aimed at continuing the conversation we have on Sundays at our weekly gathering and during the week at our house churches.   IN THIS EPISODE: Our first guest on Conversations At The Table, Tim Sutherland, joins Dave and Seth to give a word on the frightening story in Mark 5 when Jesus is confronted by the demon-possessed man.  We discuss how the root of this story is a story we can all relate to.  And we learn how to put love where love is not.
