Kelly was a Senior VP in a Fortune 500 company and realized she did not her lifestyle. She re-evaluated and shifted and now focuses on helping small business owners grow their businesses. Kelly discussed scalability and that there is an epidemic of business owners running themselves into the ground. We discussed focusing on the mindset and the end in mind. She addressed that it’s important to look at where your time is going because the vast majority of things are not effective. Before you can think of moving forward, release what is not working.
