Paul Aitken grew up in the Greater Washington DC area; and eventually made his way to Albuquerque, NM where he obtained a degree in criminology from the University of New Mexico. After co-founding a couple of businesses and selling them, he caught the RC bug and began flying remote controlled planes and multi-rotors, which led him to Unmanned Vehicle University in Phoenix, AZ where he graduated at the top of his class. While running a successful strategic marketing company, he continued to hone his UAV flight skills at every opportunity and began to take on UAV training opportunities, including training pilots for the National Association of Broadcasters and students from the BBC, CNN, Fox News, ABC and CBS. Having now been fully immersed in flying UAV’s and training others to fly, he realized he loved training and helping others who were wanting to turn the same passion he had for flight into a new career for themselves.
