He uses the Ingham method of treatment, a very scientific method of reading the hands and feet that helps increase blood flow and allows the body to heal naturally. Generally speaking, “foot reflexology” and reflexology are synonymous. Reflexology involves targeted pressure on specific parts of the feet that correspond to other parts of the body, but in some cases practitioners use the hands as well. Although reflexology at its core is a physical practice, there’s a big energetic component to Troy Hurst's sessions. There is an aspect of Reiki principles involved that is a natural effect of the touch involved, and the two modalities complement each other rather well.
