Today we welcome Season Deux's first cast member, Afeyna Montgomery, MBA, MSN, RN, #BOSS. Afenya is a motivated entrepreneur who upon creating her own business, identified the need for support and resources for those looking to start a business from the bottom up. Afeyna did something about this, and created the iCAN Collective, designed to help bridge the gap for women and people of color who are on the journey of starting or leveling up.
