Granted, there are times when one's location is not suitable to attend classes if a teacher is far away, but what steps can one take to get that one-on-one instruction in such cases? How would we know if the information presented on videos are legitimate?  What about those who claim rank or lineage if they had only attended a few seminars under an instructor?
