Ho'oponopono, is an Hawaiin prayer made famous by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len.  Through SITH, Self I-Dentity Through Ho'oponopono, he was able to heal a ward of criminals by first healing himself.  When I learned of this method it was evident that I needed to try it.  It doesn't involve burning candles or lifting your arms, its very simple and something you can repeat anytime and any day.  The prayer recites, I'M SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME, THANK YOU AND I LOVE YOU.   If you ever feel yourself in a funk that you can't get out of recite these four phrases repeatedly until the power of forgiveness and love takes over.
