But the reality is you may become a victim as a result of posting to social media. Today we discuss possible ways to avoid you or your family members becoming a victim. I just returned from a 5 day deployment to help with the response to Hurricane Andrew. On thing I did when I had time was scour the social web for people who said they had evacuated. The list was extensive. Fortunately there are no stories of homes being looted in my area of operations, but there certainly was plenty of opportunity! What are your experiences?
