Mista Keem (born as Akeem Jones), is a twenty-three-year-old songwriter, producer and hip hop recording artist originally from Brooklyn, NY. He started out writing his first song at the age of fourteen, and has never stopped writing. By the time he was nineteen, he became a radio personality for 105.7 The Beat-Meridian, which inspired him to go from writing to carefully molding his own lane in music. Mista Keem doesn’t believe in making music about a life he doesn’t live. “Honest and unfabricated,” Mista Keem’s inspirations are Brandy, LL Cool J, Heavy D and dynamic songwriting of Mariah Carey, Bryan Michael Cox, Sean Garrett, Claude Kelly, Babyface and The-Dream.
