A Different Kind Of Love—E. Lynn Harris' Literary Progeny

Informações:

Synopsis

E. Lynn Harris, introduced millions of readers to the "invisible life" of black gay men.  Openly gay, Harris was best known for his depictions of African-American men who were on the down-low and closeted. He authored ten consecutive books that reached The New York Times Best Seller list, making him among the most successful African-American or gay authors of his era.  Harris abruptly died in Los Angeles in July 2009, where he was meeting with television and film executives about his books.  Since his death, there has been a noticeable void in the African-American publishing world, particularly in the gay fiction genre.  We will be joined by two of Harris’ literary offspring, authors Mondell T. Pope and Bryan T. Clark.
