 Bill Barnes from Miami talked about his vast experience in cross-border real estate transactions between Latin America and Florida. Bill Barnes: "My wife Jeannette Barnes and I are the owners of WJS FLORIDA REALTY, a Florida Real Estate Brokerage, based in Weston (Miami) Florida USA. We have certifications that include Certified International Property Specialist, Professional Property Management Certification, and Accredited Buyer's Representative. We are also members of the Miami Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Latin American MLS, and Asian Real Estate Association of America. Jeannette is originally from Bogota, and most of her family still lives there. We have visited a number of times over the past 25 years, and have done business with a number of Colombian investors/home buyer/sellers here in the Greater Miami area. During recent visits to Bogota and Medellin, we decided to buy a property for ourselves, but we are still deciding what city, a condo, a Fin
