After the sad loss of Claire Mayambala - who passed away from an accidental overdose on anti-anxiety medication I speak to two close friends Joy & Miles on how they battled with a severe case of anxiety and overcome it - which led to a change of diet and their spiritual walks. Joy talks on how the loss of a close friend, health issues, university, struggles of getting into the TV production industry led to a severe case of anxiety - as well as touching on the issues of being black within the TV world. Miles touches on how living a life on road and going to jail led to not only him dealing with anxiety but also enabled him to start a spiritual journey as a spiritual enlightened leader and healer - along with speaking on having a plant based diet and overcoming the worries and inner-fears of not being accepted.
