Glen Magpiong of Wellesley joins host Tommy Cassell in the studio to talk about his cross-country bicycling trip, which raised money to help raise awareness and find a cure for ALS. Glen and Tommy first talked earlier this summer as the cyclist was early in his journey. This new episode talks about the full trip, which started when Glen dipped his bike’s wheels into Boston Harbor and ended on the Santa Monica Pier in California. Glen talks about his experiencing getting hit by a truck while on a highway and the logistics of continuing his trip after that, as well as all of the people along the way who helped make the trip a success.
