Cassell's Corner

A father-son duo of Dover's Steve Ryan and Kirby Ryan joined host Tommy Cassell to discuss Dover-Sherborn football's season-opening win over Weston  –  which happens to be Tommy's alma mater  –  on Sept. 7.    Kirby is a junior quarterback and Steve is in his second year as D-S head coach, his second stint with the Raiders after coaching the team earlier this century. The pair of Ryans and Tommy chatted all things football –  like dropping participation numbers, technology and what it's like to be coached or coach a family member –  while Steve and Kirby played a little "How will do you know your relative" game at the end of the podcast.   Cassell’s Corner Each week, Tommy Cassell of the MetroWest Daily and Milford Daily News will talk with a high school sports figure from the MetroWest and Milford areas.
