East Meets West

This is our annual business trip where we take a couple days to look back on what went well the previous year and begin planning our attack for the year ahead of us. We start off talking about how 2018 was for us in real estate, from a negative market (producing losses), to getting active on social media, and growing our teams. We look back on what it taught us and how we will use that to improve in 2019. Then we talk about setting goals and even touch on our personal goals/mindset going into the new year.
