We recently closed on that collaborative deal we were handling in Angus, Ontario and are moving onto new projects such as Hussein’s client looking to flip a disastrous home in a nice neighbourhood. We were shocked to see that we have bidding wars happening in our market, but it must just be the perfect recipe between low inventory and bad weather mixed with lower interest rates and the potential of relieving the stress test.
