We noticed there are a lot of agents out there that aren't working in their clients best interest and don't comply by best practices to get a deal done - which ends up with them losing deals for their clients. Currently we both own sub brokerages under REMAX West, however we discuss the idea of growing our real estate businesses by leaving the big name brand brokerage behind. Big brokerages are like an incubator and you need to
