PERFECT CHASE: ONE REFLECTION OF AUTISM Several years ago, Author Steven Manchester met a little boy who has autism--Chase Howard. Although he immediately became friends, he didn't realize then that his life would never be the same. Chase has taught him (and countless others) the true meanings of empathy, perseverance, friendship and unconditional love.
