The Man with the Answers This week, Dr. Judy is happy to welcome back Billy Hoekman, the Nutrition Science Director for Answers Pet Food, joining us from Los Angeles, California where he lives with his wife Emily and their dog Lua. At Answers, Billy is involved in everything from formulation to science education, working with farms and speaking around the country on topics ranging from nutritional concepts to environmental concerns. He also performs all of their nutrition consultations as well as yearly attendance to the AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) meetings where he continues to help the fight for pet food labeling and ingredient definition transparency.
