Synopsis
The centerpiece of Ottawa’s National Arts Centre rejuvenation is a 50-foot high transparent LED media facade launched in celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary. This new landmark beacon is 80 percent transparent with 8,000 nits maximum brightness, allowing natural light to filter through while displaying distinct content during daylight and nighttime. Built with four additional 32-foot-high transparent LED light blades, content displayed can be coordinated to create uniquely aesthetic digital experiences. ClearLED, a Canadian company leading the way in the design of transparent LED displays, worked along the NAC and their architects to bring this transparent digital project to life. The new atrium is now the main entrance of the facility, and it encourages the whole community to enjoy all the NAC has to offer. In this episode of Digital Signage Stories, ClearLED Founder, and CEO Jin Fan joins us to share the details. To read more case study information about this project, click here. Subscribe to our sho
