Synopsis

This meditation has us begin in a place we feel safe and comfortable. After we center and connect to this place, we are drawn to something outside of our "comfort zone" to another place needing to be explored. We are asked to "feel" and be present with those feelings. When we leave this new place, we are left with a seed to take back and plant in our "garden" or "power place", back to the place that makes of feel safe.
