Jeffrey Hancock, City Commissioner Usha Reddi, Dennis Hadley of Bank of the Flint Hills, and Brad Hartenstein of the Flint Hills Area Builders Association have a good conversation about housing and benefit districts.   One of the more serious subjects discussed on the Out of Scope Podcast; this was an interesting take from different perspectives on the use of benefit districts and housing.
