I’ve had a very blessed career, but I’ve had a very difficult year, where clearly one of my handicaps has come to the forefront which is that I really struggle with confrontation. Oddly in my careers, I came into a position where I was able to be a leader, early on, and so haven’t had to have a tone of confrontations. This year I have had two confrontations, that the other people have probably had several times in their careers and in business. For me, I think it really shut me down, more than it should have.
