Synopsis

This scattershot installment of ‘MULTIMEDIOCRITY: The Broadcast!’ picks up mid-conversation, and sees your trusty co-hosts run the gamut of pop culture, covering topics like Hamilton, the musical and the man; the Parkland, Florida shooting and its ongoing fallout; BLACK PANTHER and the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe; disaster movies, which are largely disastrous; and a number of fantastic film scores. Plus, Doofin hard sells Netflix’s new version of Queer Eye, but wonders if something’s wrong with the tear ducts in his own eyes, while a tired Talley turns Negative Nelly, poo-pooing on a few well-loved things, including composer Thomas Newman, Steven Spielberg’s HOOK, and the kid who played Charlie Bucket in WILLY WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY.
