Sometimes it feels like no matter what you do you aren’t getting anywhere. Your weight stays the same, you aren’t getting any faster and you can’t lift any heavier. The reason? It could be any number of things but if you took a serious look at what you are doing you may notice one thing getting in your way… Yourself. This week we had a chat about some of the worst ways in which we have self-sabotaged ourselves. Eating too much to ‘carbo-load’, training when we were too tired or listening to the voices in our heads saying it was too hard and we weren’t good enough. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and some of the things we have done to ourselves are absolutely ridiculous. So have a listen this week and maybe you wont make the same mistakes that we did!
