After their rejuvenating encounter with The Magic Dragon, the Loiterers find themselves on the ground once again; ready to discover new territories and their fascinating inhabitants. Taking the first steps out the Loiters running into an interesting character named Ryan, or to some Hipster Jesus. Ryan treats the Loiterers to his personal stories of battle, childhood and unique philosophies; then introduces them to a rarely heard local lyricist known as Billy Dee.
