On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brought in Nich Fairbanks(@Prudentia0) for another edition of Fairbanks Friday as the two broke down the Panthers 5-2 road win against the Los Angeles Kings. The Kings controlled play, but the Panthers capitalized on their limited chances in the period and were fortunate to go into the second tied at 2, due to the team giving up a good amount of breakaway opportunities. The Panthers cleaned it up defensively and were able to take the lead after a clean breakout with LA having multiple players down low in the Panthers end, birthday boy Sam Reinhart scored what would end up being the game-winning goal to give the Panthers the lead in the second. The Kings did make a push in the third, but an offensive zone penalty quickly changed that, and although Florida didn't score on their PP, Sergei Bobrovsky came up big to prevent them from tying the game, and they were able to put the game away with a big short-handed goal by Anton
