I never ran a full mile until I was 20 year old. I always walked some portion of the mile test in PE class each year. But one day I just decided to let go of the belief that I couldn’t do it, and started training to run a mile bit by bit every day. If you are like many moms, you feel like you are doing everything you can. Like you’re working as hard as you can, pushing yourself as hard as you can. But is it really true? I know that 95.7% of the time that I say “I can’t take/do/push anymore,” it’s absolutely not true. 95.7% of the time I actually have more to give.
