Pondering Poker

In this episode I read from the book 'Winners Are Different' by Alan N. Schoonmaker, Ph.D.  In the first part of this short podcast I read from the chapter Winners Act Decisively.  Next I read from a section in the book that provides a review of each chapter. Dr. Shchoonmaker provides a statement is provided as an affirmation.  In the book the reader is to rate themselves on the truthfullness of the statement.  With these statements, try to repeat the affirmation to yourself. The first few affirmations I rush through, so you may want to stop the podcast and remain with an affirmation for a longer time.  For more information on each affirmation, refer to the book.  A whole chapter is written on each of these issues.  Music by Dawn T., Ecstacy, courtesy of the Mevio Music Alley.  Contact me at Mary@Ponderingpoker.com or @PonderingPoker.
