It's episode 2 of the Not Quite Famous Podcast! This time my guest is the very talented Sara Benincasa (@SaraJBenincasa)! Sara is a hilarious comedian and author, as well as contributor to Playboy.com & Jezebel among others. She is also nothing short of a humanitarian. Her "This Tour is So Gay" comedy/story telling tour is raising money for LGBT communities all over the country. And her best selling book "Agorafabulous" shares her very personal journey through her own fight with mental illness. But she's also just interesting and funny. We talk about everything from our own personal issues to what vaginas are used for and how some people get career breaks late in life. I enjoyed this conversation a great deal.
