The Cancer Journal Project was started by the guest of this week's show, Kenan Irving. His wife, Ashley, passed away from stomach cancer in 2013. She wrote in a journal during the time she found out about having cancer up until she died. Kenan decided to share excerpts of his late wife, Ashley's journal with the hope her words will help others to cope and understand what can be accomplished in the face of tremendous adversity. The Cancer Journal Project is raising money to send children to Walt Disney World, as this is a travel destination Kenan and Ashley loved visiting together.
