Gotta Have Sole was founded by 17 year old Nicholas Lowinger. At a very young age (when he was 5) his mom took him to visit a homeless shelter in Rhode Island. This opened his eyes to seeing children who either didn't have shoes, or who's shoes were held together by duct tape. Gotta Have Sole Foundation, Inc.’s mission is to provide children living in shelters across the United States with brand-new footwear to call their own.
