Teenager who sends letters and cards to the elderly from all over the world.  Jacob Cramer started Love For The Elderly in 2013 as a simple act of writing letters to Seniors in facilities he was volunteering for. He talks about how much he enjoys providing them with happiness and love in this interview with me. This has grown and now he collects letters and distributes them to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. He's received letters from all over the world, including Greece, Thailand, and Japan! He's also then turned them around and sent them to various people in assisted living facilities.
