Our health system is more than clinicians and insurance agencies. It's more than national or state policy and economics. It's even more than personal relationships and environment. It's also business and innovation. Many of the established structures are money-making machines, but the debt our system has generated makes clear that something is off. Something's inefficient, ineffective, misdirected. Good policy can help solve many of our problems, and so can good business.
