We had an important milestone sneak in, close to the very last day of November of 2016. The US Senate passed HR 4665 the Outdoor Rec Act. This bill will instruct the department of Commerce in Federal Land Agencies to provide statistics on how the outdoor industry, including bicycling, and many other disciplines we all love, how they contribute to the US economy.
