This week we made our way down to Woodstock Connecticut to talk with head brewer is Ralph Fiegel the head brewer at Taylor Brooke Brewery. Ralph is a chef by trade, and after years of home brewing on the side took the leap into professional brew in West Concord Ma. A few years later Ralph opened up a brewery at the already established Taylor Brooke Winery and the rest is history.
