It’s almost magic when you walk into a brewery that is right in the middle of an industrial park and you don’t feel like you just walked into manufacturing plant. Our friends over at Alvarium Beer Company have taken their location in New Britain, CT and have just done that with cool art, beautiful wooden tables, great beer and a wonderful atmosphere that pays tribute to the rich manufacturing history of New Britain. We got the chance to speak with Mike Larson (Co-Founder) & Cherokee Robbins (Head of Sales and Distribution) about the history of Alvarium and the city in which it resides in, the importance of social media in beer today and how important the human aspect is in beer when it comes to sales and distribution.
