One of New Hampshire oldest brewery is right over the boarder in Nashua NH. We’re talking about Martha’s exchange. We had the pleasure of talking to Greg Ouellette, Head Brewer at Martha's Exchange Nashua who has been there Since 2001. Greg gives a great retrospective of New Hampshire beer and how much it’s grown over the years. Greg talks about how he get's to brew what he wants to drink but also still likes the challenges of learning to brew some of the newer styles but makes sure to put his own spin on it.
