Althea Romeo-Mark, the Author, Educator, Poet, and World Traveler, is so much more. To those titles, one can add wife, mother, grandmother, and much more. In a capsule, Althea is a people-person, whether family, friends, or strangers (friends she hasn't gotten to know yet).  Born in Antigua, West Indies, Althea grew up in the US Virgin Islands. She is an educator who lived in the USA; Liberia, West Africa; London, England and presently lives in Switzerland. She has published short stories and poems in the Virgin Islands (The Caribbean Writer), Liberia, Puerto Rico, the USA, Germany, Norway, England, and Switzerland.   Althea's work vividly depicts the phases of her life as an immigrant and her cultural experience in her book; her poems are interwoven into a personal essay, A Home with Endless Space.
