Evangelist Ramona Stevens-Donley, founder and CEO of Mercy Chose Me Ministries (MCMM), and Ramona Stevens-Donley Ministries (RSDM), is a product of the United States Virgin Islands where she was raised with Christian, God-fearing parents. Ramona began ministering in song at the age of 3 and at the age of 16 she preached her first message.   Relocating to Kansas (USA) at a very young age, she met and married Minister Jermaine Donley. That union produced Breasya, Brazyl, Isaiah, and the late Breanna Christina Donley. Together they attend Evangelistic Center International Ministries, under the presiding Bishop Jack. C.
