Conclusion: Are you in danger of being ‘scammed’ by a false teacher? • The danger of false teachers is real. • Their damnation is assured. • We must defend ourselves from their fake flattery. Remember Balaam’s donkey: • Have the courage to ask questions of your leaders – even if you feel like a donkey? • The temptation to ignore or water down the Gospel is not going away until Christ’s return. • Even so, Christ will save his church.
