This week, in Phillips, Wisconsin, it's someone who can best be compared to a mixture of BTK, Dahmer, Ted Bundy, and David Parker Ray (Toy Box Killer). His fantasies got out of control, so he attacked, tortured, murdered, and ate parts of his victims. He also argues with himself in different voices, and made a tape, that details all of the horrible things he did...
