Small Town Murder

This week, in Ontario, Oregon, a man with a dark past, which included his father killing his mother, seems to be adjusting to the world, then appears to go permanently off the rails. He can't stop getting arrested, or getting married, or having the voice of his dead mother telling him to do things. After kidnapping his wife, and shooting at the police, he gets a new start.
