At least 38 people have died and scores more have been injured in a fire which tore through a prison in Burundi. At least 600 women and girls have been kidnapped and enslaved in the last three years by militants in Mozambique northern province of Cabo Delgado, a report by Human Rights Watch (HRW) says.
