This Father’s Day, Melrose’s newest Mediterranean restaurant, Carmel will launch their brunch service. The Tel Aviv influenced and Levantine inspired menu will include Chef Asi Moaz’s beloved hummus, which developed a cult following while he helmed NYC’s 19 Cleveland.
