The importance of consolidatation and report risk management data has meant many more functions getting involved; to spare line managers' sanity they should consolidate their risk assessment efforts. Each entity must determine and examine the management, in some cases, it may include existing tools like access or excel, which are a very small program if there's no budget at all for recording the risk management information system. Although these tools have huge limitations, because they cannot be used to record adequately for most cloned programs, but they are the foundation for some particular operations. Many systems allow public entity to have a comprehensive view of consolidated risk management data. Some of them have many features, while the others don't this help different entities to decide o which of the systems that best suits their needs.
