I have been called sensitive my entire life. Over time I've come to understand that my sensitivities give me a different perspective on, and a heightened understanding of others emotions. I've had some really strange encounters, and the only way I can explain it is to call it what it is. I'm an empath. This is the first installment of many where I discuss what that means to me.
