Sounds like fun until someone becomes a victim of incompetent training. I saw a poster that encouraged people to "just do it." I'm not sure who, in their right mind, thinks that is motivating. Someone will suffer… Can you imagine if your surgeon was unqualified but decided to "just do it?" I think you'd be pretty pissed off at the results. What if your financial advisor was unqualified and his/her advise caused you to lose boatloads of money?
