The Sharks would start off on a hot note in the first period with Justin Bailey scoring nine minuets in to give the Sharks a 1-0 lead. However the Jets would score with a little more than 4 minuets left in the 1st period. The second period became a little tighter checking affair with neither team able to capitalize on special teams opportunities. Finally in the third period with a 5 minuets left William Eklund would score the winning goal on great snap shot at the face off dot.
